About the event
Our time will be centered on lessons from The Encounter, Vol. 1* . Each month during the hour we will complete one devotion complete with reflection questions, scriptures, spiritual practices, and prayer. Additionally, all attendees will get special access to a coordinated yoga flow reinforcing the day's devotion. Take time out to increase your faith and spirituality while building community. This time is based on Holy Yoga's four pillars: Christ-centeredness, Wellness, Community, & Living Beyond Ourselves*.
